Safety is the foundation of every design decision. Chintus features audio-only check-in with zero cloud storage of audio, a physical camera shutter, named guardian-only accounts, and a visible session log. All communication is encrypted end-to-end. We comply with applicable child safety and data protection regulations.
Chintus is built by CognidaX LLP, a product and engineering company with offices in Bengaluru and Mysuru, India. The founding team brings experience in consumer electronics, child development, and privacy engineering. Founding Cohort members get a direct communication line and monthly progress notes from the founders.
